Welcome to Alexander Street’s statistics site for legacy platforms! This site allows you to review usage of Alexander Street products on legacy platforms dating back to April 2009. If you are looking for usage statistics for products on our new platform you must use our new statistics site.
Why are there two statistic sites for usage?
When the new platform was launched, we continued to provide access to specific products on the legacy platform and on the new platform to ease the transition for your users. In August 2014, we permanently migrated a large swath of products to the new platform which ended the period where those products where available in multiple places.
A full list of the products that have been migrated to the new platform can be found HERE.
When should I use the legacy statistics site?
The legacy statistics site is the only place to see the usage of Alexander Street products from April 2009 until the permanent migration date to the new platform. Currently, you should use the legacy statistics site whenever you are looking for usage of Alexander Street products that reside on a legacy platform, so are not yet available on the new interface. Use the link above to check if a collection is on the new interface, if not, it is considered "legacy."
When should I use the new statistics site?
The new statistics site is the only place to see usage statistics specific to the new platform. Use the link above to see the full list of products that are now on the new platform. The full list of products that have migrated to the new platform can be can be found HERE.
When do I need to use both sites?
If you are looking for lifetime usage of a product that migrated from one platform to another you will need to use both usage sites. Historical usage statistics from legacy sites do not migrate to the new statistics site. For the period of time when select products existed on two platforms concurrently, January-August 2014, both statistics sites will track usage specific to the platform where it occurred.
