Our statistics site now contains data from April, 2009 through December, 2011. Since last year, there have been several positive changes to your Alexander Street usage statistics. The interface has not changed, and your URL and passwords are the same. Functionality is also the same, but you’ll see a more logical view for packages (showing both the package title and the titles of all the component collections within the package, and the individual numbers all add up to the package total number). A few customers are still using “old” versions of the following collections: African American Music, Smithsonian Global Music, or Theatre in Video. We are encouraging all users to use the new platforms (new platform URLs are aamr.alexanderstreet.com, glmu.alexanderstreet.com, and ativ.alexanderstreet.com, respectively) but we’ve agreed to keep these old sites up until the end of August 2011. You can see if you’re using an old version by looking for “classical.com” as part of the URL. If you need usage stats from one of these older products, please visit http://stats-legacy.alexanderstreet.com. If you see usage that appears wrong, please check with Customer Support ( support@alexanderstreet.com) to be sure we have your correct IPs and proxy information. Incorrect IP and proxy information are most often the culprits. If you have not already done so, please go to http://alexanderstreet.com/updating.htm and complete the questionnaire—it takes only minutes. |
